Need Self Contained Self Powered Nano Sized LED Solution Perhaps MEMS or other

I need a micro-sized self contained LED solution that does not require wires or batteries that require replacing. I was thinking of something that could operate from ambient RF, Neodymium Magnets, or some other innovative method that can make the LED stay lit.

The space that this device needs to fit in is 5mm x 5mm x 7mm.

Since I'm not an engineer I am relying upon your expertise and knowledge to come up with a solution. I can say I've researched it a bit and found some interesting concepts but the simple truth is that I need it to be able to be on all the time and never require batteries to be replaced or some other maintenance.

They cannot require removal to charge - they must be able to turn on and stay on (essentially forever... or at least for 4-5 years).

The image provided is just for example purposes... I was trying to find the smallest LED that could be used, hopefully leaving enough room for you to provide a method to power the LED indefinitely.
