Fillable PDF with automatic calculations to submit order via email
Budget $30-250 CAD
I need a standalone PDF that has following features:
1. Fillable
2. Automatically calculates pricing based on qty entered
3. Time and Date stamp
4. On submit emails filled form to me and sends customer a copy
5. Allows customer to save a copy or repeat last order option next time they open it.
I will provide the PDF - i need someone who can make it function as above.
The purpose of this form is to act as a back up should my website be down.
