Remote Microphone Destruction -- 3

I am in a very unfortunate situation and I'm really going to need the benefit of the doubt. I have a former doctor who is extremely obsessive and I have recently discovered that he attached a microphone to my vocal cords. Needless to say, I need it destroyed. And needless to say, I would really like to avoid having surgery. As such, I am only interested in freelancer's who offer solutions to remotely destroying it that do not require surgery. I really hope you can help. I am in desperate need of it.
