Looking for an associate

Good day,
I'm looking for one or few partner(s) in cooperation on main activites:
- Software development
- Electrical engineering
Such persons(s) would be both looking for work and doing the job.
This would be an association of few people, the appropriate model is yet not defined and would be the one that best serve.
I'm in activity in France and would serve internationally on small and medium size projects (few $k to possibly few 10k$ projects).

We can start with one or more pending projects, and share our resources.
At the moment I work on both above mentioned areas as developer and sales guy.
If you're interested to work together you can start with proposing either open projects to share work resource or as sales person to inquire for work and propose projects we can share work and revenues.
