i want a device which detects a big animal, and capture / save a photo

here are more details about the device / work : (18/11/2018)

about the device :

->motion detector which detects a shape of a big animal (human, dog, deer), from one side (around 90° or more (depending on the motion detector that you find...))

(note : the device does not need to detect a human, dog, deer, specificaly but a big living moving shape) (the device must detect moving shapes during the night too!)

->when a big animal is detected, get the date, get the time, capture a photo, set the filename as datetime (for example for this day, at this time, it would be : 2018y11m18d11h09m30s), save the photo on an external disk (sd disk or usb disk ?) (the device must capture photos during the night too!)

->the device must be portable, (powered by a battery and recharged by a small photovoltaic panel ?)

->the device must work in winter conditions (around -15C, with wind, rain, snow, frost), and in summer conditions (around +35C, with sun) (i can create a small box with a roof to protect it), and day and night (so the motion detector and the camera must have "night vision")

->i must be able to configure the sensivity of the motion detector, so that only a big animal triggers the device (like a human or a dog or a deer, but not a snowflake, not a raindrop, not a small leaf, not a small insect), at a distance between 1m to 10m (let's discuss this)

->i must be able to configure after which conditions the photo is taken (for example, if the device was already triggered a few seconds ago, wait xseconds before triggering it again)

->i must be able to replace the disk easily (so a sd disk or usb disk ? so that i can bring another one each day, and unplug the previous one, and plug the new one)

about the work :

->design the circuit, list the components / parts required, write the code, maybe suggest others things to use

->test it on your side until it works well

->send me the schematic of the circuit, and the code to control the board, and instructions to assemble the circuit / code / parts

->give me a list of components / parts to buy and suggest links where to buy these components / parts (for example : ebay, mouser, farnell, rs-online, digikey, conrad, etc...)

->once i have received all the components / parts, i will assemble it on my side and test it

->once the device works as described, the work will be considered finished and i will release the milestones

->at the end, i will create another milestone to pay your freelancer fees.

->there is no time constraint to complete this project, as long as we make regular progress and that you answer my questions / requests fast enough.

to answer this work offer, please briefly explain which board / components you plan to use and why they are appropriate

and please give me an approximate cost for your work, and for the components (don't waste time with that, just approximate costs)

(nothing is fixed, let's discuss about what is possible or not)
