LPG Installation varies in function. Whether it is for storage and/or bottle filling. A standard SIL 2 certified system can be designed without much complication. I am not a SIL certified engineer but can provide the necessary figures to a SIL engineer. If you can provide me with layout drawings, I can provide a Sketchup 3D model of the installation. Coverage areas provided by devices could enable you to asses Risks and evaluate them.

I have know-how to desing the required protection system. This system will must be made-up by two systems. One fail safe system working in the prevention layer of the safety called Emergency Shutdown System. And another one non-fail safe system working in the mitigation layer of the safety called Field Fire and Gas System. The Safety Integrity Level (SIL) for this system usually depends on a SIL/SIS study but from my experience and short-time that I have for. We can establish it in 2: SIL 2. I will desing to you the Safety Instrumented Functions that must integrate the Systems with its Cause-Effect diagrams respective.
