This project is to be completed in Kicad software; the schematic and pcb layout. It is a 300amp motor controller for 3 phase AC induction motor. The battery voltage will vary between 3volts and 25 volts. It must be able to operate all the way down to 3 volts! Some boost circuitry will need to be designed for gate drive. There will be 6 mosfets total in the power stage. We are specifying to use one of these mosfets: FDMT80040DC or IPT004N03LATMA1 For gate drive you must tell me your plan before I will accept the project. It must be something that operates fast. Up to 20khz with a small rise time. And it must be isolated for low side and high side. Or have multiple separate gate drive power supplies. It must work regardless if input voltage is 3 volts or 25 volts. For input capacitance use C3216JB1E336M160AC Place twenty in parallel. For microcontroller we specify use of NRF53832 The microcontroller will take a 0-5 volt input to regulate speed. The microcontroller will also have some inputs to measure current on two of the phases and DC input. The software will regulate a 3 phase output up to 500 hz(programmable value). The amplitude of the 500hz wave will be variable based on a 20 khz pwm(programmable value) signal applied to each gate. This is like trapezoidal control. Later we will implement sinusoidal, or maybe you have knowledge of this. Current will be sampled at the center of a phase's on time. The software will measure rpm of the motor. And therefore know the % slip. The software will monitor current to each phase. It will lower the amplitude to never draw more than 250amps maximum(programmable value). Please make all programmable values a global variable that can easily be modified. Requirements: Must be experienced with Kicad. Must be knowledgeable about power electronics. Experienced designing gate drive circuitry. Experienced writing C code in arduino Timeline: First revision of schematic within 5 days Second revision of schematic within 4 days Subsequent minor schematic changes in 1 day PCB layout under 2days Software 1 day Total project: under two weeks Additional follow up work at ~$10/hour

I have designed AC/AC inverter circuits. I know how to design H-bridge circuits. It should include Logic generation, level shift, high current circuit PCB layout and current sensor circuits.
