You need to write a console application in C# that will use the Bitbay API current version [login to view URL] - REST API only it should: 1. Get Ticker 2, Get balance for Bitcoin(BTC) and Etherium(ETH) currencies. 3. Buy and sell orders of BTC and ETH (post new orders, get active orders, cancel orders) 4. withdraw from bitbay using currencies BTC and ETH 5. Fiat Cantor - Return actual rate for chosen currency pair. 6. Fiat cantor - Perform exchange on chosen currency pair.
