Python / Poweshell / C# script to replace xml string -- 2

Need a script or program which can batch replace strings of file from another files.(powershell/cmd will work) For ex: I want to replace data tag of [login to view URL] from main1 with data tag of [login to view URL] of main2. There are n numbers of sub folder in main1 and main2. each sub folder contains [login to view URL], each subfolder have a unique name, job of script is to find all [login to view URL] in main1/main2 and its sub folder(in ascending order), and replace content. Folder structure: C:/main1/sub1/sub1-1/sub1-2/[login to view URL] C:/main2/abc5/abc5-1/abc5-2/[login to view URL], here both sub1 and abc5 are first folder, so content of data tag from sub1's [login to view URL] should be replaced with content of abc5's [login to view URL], and so on, need this program urgently, so I prefer for powershell/cmd script Script2: Find all data starts with "abcxxxxxx" in file one, and replace with "xyzxxxxxx" in file 2. For ex: replace abc001 with xyz001, abc002 with xyz002 and so on.(Note second file will only contains only xyzxxxx in each new line and nothing else while file one will contains abcxxxxx value in xml format), so replace first find in file one with first string of file2 and so on
