Pos caller id integration in c# .net windows app

When phone call rings, pop-up should appear with line number, id number and listed customer name, if not number should display and also there should be 2 button accept & reject. When accept is clicked , delivery order form with customer details should be opened. please bid if you have done same job in the past.

Note:

Order and customer form already exists no neew new form.
