I need a .net (aspnetboilerplate) with agular developer

I have an aspnetboilerplate .net template that a previous developer used on a project for me, but he never finished the project. I need to find someone to finish things up. There will be some new changes/developments. The project is live being hosted on Godaddy, but still needs some configuration and some issues worked out. One major issue is the web application takes nearly a minute to load the login screen. Can't have this.
