This project is to ensure safe and fast delivery and receipts of emails on my VPS. This includes creating or enabling anti-spam policies to ensure emails to Microsoft related emails don't bounce. Below is the common error message I receive any time email from server goes to Microsoft System. The problem is only with the outbound emails. Error message ----------------- XXXX@xxxxx host [login to view URL] [IP address] SMTP error from remote mail server after pipelined MAIL FROM:<[login to view URL]> SIZE=223706: 550 5.7.1 Unfortunately, messages from IP [[login to view URL]] weren't sent. Hello hope you are well, my name is Roger a Full Stack Engineer and Linux Admin. You're emails are bouncing for a few reasons: a.) Poor Reputation(Of your VPS IP) b.) Your DNS Configuration is not optimized for best practices or deliver-ability. c.) Google + Microsoft recently updated their spam policies and they are rough. Few solutions: - Can we use a 3rd party SMTP Server? - Or the manual way which is attempting to configure the VPS properly. Thanks
