Our competition includes: Case-Shiller, Altos Research, House Canary, ESRI, Policy Maps, REIS, REIS Reports, Real Capital Analytics, and others. We are NOT a real estate or property data company, we focus on local market growth data, and local market forecasts. Then we, or others can do mashups of property data, or consumer profiles, or anything that has a lat/long.
We are NOT per se, a real estate company, so our competitors are not real estate property companies or technology. We primarily focus on local market growth data, at the Block Group, Census Track, Zip Code, and higher levels, thus we are more of a local market growth data company. The data we provide is currently not on the web, so our GTM strategy, plan, and tactics, need to be well thought out.
Once strategy and pricing is finalized, it will be your responsibility to:
1. Determine best pricing for all products, and state your reasoning. By all products I mean, Heatmaps, API, plugin, and reports.
2. Create use cases, for developers and to help sell our products - include the additional ~200 variables and categories. For example, a retailer is looking for exactly which city blocks where Female Asians with incomes of over “x” are moving too with County Y or within a given 1 mile radius.
3. Develop design visuals for the API and plugin. Review existing reports and make recommendation to improve designs, revenues, and utility of different types of reports.
4. Recommend and write up an implementable go to market strategy with specific details of GTM plan. Something that I can sub out to an overseas team. Something that is highly cost effective with a marketing budget of $1K-$3K/month. Goal is fast market penetration and higher revenues.
