Motion Tracking with IP camera

We need to produce an automated Sentry camera. The camera is moved left, right, up and down through stepper motors. We need from you a Delphi 7 component to track an intruder using your tracking component or whichever you have. So when a person walks past the camera, it will attempt to follow him. Obviously the tracking software will send the steps to the stepper motors respectively. The steps can be any coordinates, eg: if the image moves left, the component must be able to calculate the position and then send that information as x and y steps. We will calibrate the steps to move the stepper motors and hence the camera. In summary, the IP camera will follow the person wherever he is in the view window.
