Connection Dropper and Analizer

Hallo, i need a tool written in delphi 7.x to analize (http) traffic using the winsock, also the tool should be able to drop connections. example: a 3rd party application starts a download from a specified url in the filterlist i want to drop this connection. it would be great to return http error codes to the 3rd party application if possible. however, if the connection was dropped i want to start the download by my own with this tool, using the http request informations of the orginal request and to save the file by using indy 9. i need support for multiple requests at the same time. i don't need a simple proxy solution for it, most 3rd party applications don't support proxys, you have to deal with the winsock to analize the traffic and to drop the connections. or semilar solution. regards
