I am pretty new to this server, anyway I have created several video joiner/splitter/converter projects in past, using Delphi. In their time, these utilities became popular worldwide (I could provide more details if you wish). Nowdays I would use .NET because Delphi is out of date from my point of view. In last years I am working in .NET and in my permanent job I created pretty large video processing task for our world wide known automotive client. So your task seems very familiar to me and that is the main reason I would like to work on that.
