Looking to build a database to track maintenance for 80 buildings, including fire extinguishers, smoke detectors, doors, boilers, gas, electric, AC etc etc
Must allow each building manager access to the system (80 + users)
allow assets to be added, deleted, changed
track maintenance requirements, dates, give alerts in advance such as weekly monthly warning
allow supporting docs to be uploaded and downloaded such as maintenance reports
generate overall activity reports for maintenance, cost etc.
