What you propose to do can be done easily whether talent and shoots are in 2 different databases or 2 tables within the same database. I anticipate that entries in the talent and shoots are not duplicated. I new table would be created (let's call it "casts") which references entries in the talent and shoots table (by unique key values) and stores the relationships references in the new table. A web page, application or SQL query maintain this "casts" table without having to duplicate data in the other tables. I have over 10 years experience with designing and implementing various types of databases - including MS Access. I'd be delighted to discuss further.

Since this is an hourly job, as customer requirement I will create the database. I hope there must be a single database with two tables one for video shooting details and the other table for the talented employees' details. Also I guess we may have to have interfaces for both and also a details viewing option with filtering criteria.
