Simple Data Visualization Function for Webpage

We have a function that generates some geometric shapes. Please look at the form at the following demo page on our development site: [login to view URL] Basically, there is a form with 6 drop down select options – each time an option is changed, the diagram updates. The current diagram display is simple CSS. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR We want to replace this diagram with something that scales smoothly and easily (up or down in size). Any good Data Visualization will work for us. Familiar with Vue, but whatever your recommend. This a stand alone item - we just need someone to generate a dynamic diagram that works on even a local version of the html form. WHAT WE DO NOT NEED Any kind of integration to our WordPress site. TIMELINES Urgent job - As soon as possible We will shortlist a number a few qualified candidates - Whoever can start and complete soonest will be awarded the project. FURTHER WORK If this diagram function the way we expect, we will then likely need a further 2-3 dynamic shape diagrams - dealing with different form variables and different shapes (but similar in principle and presentation).
