The first script is easy. However do you really want to do this? The structure of the folders will be lost, and depending on how many mails we are talking about, you will need to adjust the mails again. I cannot run such a macro on my mail-box as I need days, if not weeks to adjust it again.
Your second macro makes sense if it runs on Inbox only. However if you start creating folders for each company, that will again cause problems. I recommend putting the company- domain names that will be processed, and then manually check left mails.
