We want to outsource data acquisition to freelancer/s. We are building an artificial intelligence system to simplify hiring process. With that said, the AI system itself needs to be fed with a lot of data. We have data engineer in-house. However, if we can find a good freelancer, we prefer to outsource this project of data acquisition. The freelancer should master these skills to finish the project at the high standard. * Web Data Extraction (Web Scraping): -> Use of Proxies. -> Own Servers to run processes. -> Captcha Solver. * Large scale database infrastructure: -> Set up a scalable database for long-term data acquisition. -> Data transfer. * Data processing: -> Use big data software to process data efficiently. * Good communication skills and commitment to projects.
