Position Summary: Clerk will perform all duties in conjunction with the procedures and work practices. Those duties will require compliance with Worley and client processes for multiple projects. The position requires a commitment to learning and understanding the fundamental concepts of processing vendor data. It also requires a high level of commitment to maintaining the integrity of the database and working with multiple deadlines and changing priorities. Primary Responsibilities: Coordinate receipt, approval, and return of project related vendor data Maintain vendor data tracking logs and database Data entry File copies of documents as required (either electronically and/or hard copies) in Worley and client systems Various duties as projects progress as directed by the Project Services Lead Qualifications 6 months+ of experience Oil and gas experience, a plus Good communicator Experience with computers, preferably Microsoft suite (Access, Outlook, Excel, and Word) Dependable Professional approach at all times Motivated Great work ethic Worley is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
