SEO - Make Manual Blog Comment Post on 216 Blogs

I have an excel file with 216 blog URLs with Comment text and anchor text link keywords.
The goal is to make a comment post on all 216 blogs and include a HTML anchor link to my website with one of the keywords listed in the document. Add the date in the excel file when you completed the comment for the link.
Some blog pages may require you to create an account or to authenticate in some way. These are steps you may have to make in order to make a comment on some blogs.
