Real Estate - Data Entry, Transaction Coordinator, Social Media Management

Looking for a Real estate VA from the Philippines only for the following tasks:
1. Data Entry
2. Transaction Coordinator who will be responsible for the following:
- Writing up contracts
- Manage tasks related to transaction and client communication (email/call/text)
- Coordinate with all involved parties: Title Company, Lender, Client (buyer/seller), Vendors, etc.
3. Social Media Management
- Please attach samples of your previous works/portfolio. And their outcome
Will start part-time and then full-time depending on the performance.
Training will be provided but Experience is required.
