Qualifications: Degree or diploma and / or an equivalent experience in business and/or marketing Minimum 3-5 + years of experience in a sales-based environment Core Competencies: The candidate would have the following highly developed competencies Organizational, time management and prioritization skills Customer-facing, team-focused Interpersonal and written and oral communication skills Results-oriented, independent and creative problem-solver Word processing and CRM Sales and customer account management principles Capacity to learn and operate in-house software programs and databases Work experience in a technical sales company is an asset Duties and Responsibilities: General Administration: Field and direct telephone and web based customer inquiries Perform data entry tasks Assist with general office management duties * Sales Support: Assist the Sales Team with managing customer accounts (Prepare quotations, sales orders, order confirmations, vendor purchase orders, deliveries, etc.) Track delivery status of all orders and expedite deliveries when required. Conduct market research, generate leads and provide data for the sales team Prepare and generate sales and marketing reports Assist with sales and customer relations strategies Database management Liaise daily with the sales team to provide updates on pending orders and new inquiries.
