Looking for someone who can make follow up calls to clients who I book in for appointments. Many times someone will confirm an appointment and not fill out a form, or I’ll send a confirmation email and won’t be sure they received it. This job will just be doing ‘clerical’ follow up so to speak - * Confirming emails have been received * Confirming appointments Things as such - this is more a secretarial position and not sales - this is just ‘gathering data’ from clients and confirming. You will need to be well presented - preferably female (yes call me sexist but most of my clients are male and would prefer a slight “nudge” from a female or maybe I’m old fashioned). Have good English skills, obviously a phone to call from and be able to just do some data entry in a computer (which training will be provided for).
