- Number of contractors: 1 - Time scale of work: asap – 1 – 4 years - Location of work: Munich Deliverable Service: • Assistance with the provision and analyses of statistics for the Service Desk, • Assistance in the preparation of monthly SLA compliancy reports • Make suggestions, by running reports and analysing trends • Monitoring, processing and clarification of User requests for on-demand services • Execution of special tasks entrusted by the line-manager Required skills • At least 2 years of experience with helpdesk activities • Experience in a SAP environment (SAP Vendor Master Data Management. and SAP Master Data) • Experience service desk software like Jira, Zendesk, iET, Remedy, etc. • Knowledge of ITIL • Strong knowledge of MS Office 2010 • Dealing with the expected increase in the number of escalations and incidents • Proven experience in working with people in a multinational, multicultural environment • Excellent communication skills in English both orally and in writing. • German language skills would be a strong advantage

Prior to my recent retirement, I was primarily responsible for managing on shore and off shore teams to providing 24/7 support to over 3000 clients of a Fortune 500 Company, spread across multiple geographic locations and time zones. Also responsible for providing Management Reports with data detailing SLA Goals, Metrics, Achievements, Corrective Actions for remediating shortfalls. Company provided Project Management training and ITIL training helped a great deal in performing my mission-critical role. I presume this role allows remote working. I am pretty comfortable with working late hours and holidays as well.
