We are an ecomemrce start up, we operate multiple online stores, buy inventory from different suppliers and drive sales through multiple forms of advertising.
I'm looking for a full time assistant that can help manage operations and move work forward so we can reach our goals of publishing more products, reaching more customers and growing the team.
This is an overview of the tasks I need help with :
- Writing product descriptions for the items we sell.
- Customer service through our email accounts.
- Engage with comments in facebook & reply to questions and messages.
- Replying to people who leave voice messages in our voicemail.
- Other administrative, research and data entry tasks.
As operations grow you will be expected to take over the following :
- Supplier communication & procurement through Alibaba and Aliexpress
- Shopify order fulfillment and tracking (import, export orders and sort out orders)
- Help manage and hire other team members
And of course, as your responsibilities grow, your compensation will do so as well - this is a long term opportunity with nice stability and bonuses.
Communication is essential, so meetings will be conducted multiple times a week, and you are expected to treat this like a full time job by respecting deadlines and respecting the time of other team members.
