I have a mailing list in PDF form and I want to make printing labels out of it.
I want you to transfer them into sheets with 21 printing labels in a sheet, label size : 70 x 42.3 mm each, either in words or excel so I can print them out.
Please see attached for the mailing list in PDF form. As you can see the mailing list contains both Chinese and English, please discard the Chinese Characters leaving only the English name and addresses. I have attached a sample of it. Please note the sample only shows you the look of it; the size of each cell that contains the name and address is not correct. You will need to make it 70 x 42.3 mm size of labels.
One last thing, as you can see in the sample list, "DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH" appears repeatedly. I would also like you to delete them and just leaving it blank as I don't want to print them out.
