Administrative Assistant

Looking for someone with Real Estate experience, good with Microsoft Office products,.
Need great handwriting, who can quickly hand-write letters to potential clients in Charlotte, NC. Supplies can be provided, including postage, letters, and content to write.
Research will be required, including looking up tax lien, zip code, owner names, and mailing addresses.
Occasionally, presentations may need to be created for investors on potential property acquisitions.
In some cases, VA will be responsible for handling Property Management items, such as hiring contractors and/or quoting jobs, or answering tenant requests. This will be infrequent.
NOTE: Candidate must come from America, Southern American Or Northern America.
