Data capture of European Pharma and Biotech companies and input into excel database

We are a Pharmaceutical development company, looking to populate data on 1000 Big Pharmaceutical and Biotech companies based in Europe. We require specific detail on the type of Biotech company - Ie. how many assets in their pipeline AND what development phase are they at (Pre-clinical or Clinical) We expect approximately 250 large pharmaceutical company names (focus on Europe & US) and approx 750 Biotech company names (in Europe). For Large Pharmaceutical companies - The information will need to be populated in excel under the following headings: (An example will be provided prior to work start) Company name | Website URL | Company Size | No. of employees | Mailing Address | Name | Job Title | Email address | Telephone Number For each company we require 3-5 names on different lines with emails / office location / telephone number for each. Examples are Head of Product Develpoment / Head of Formulation / Head of R&D / Chief Medical Officer / Chief Scientific Officer For Biotech companies - Where possible we require companies with "small molecule" assets. Do not include companies which develop: - Biologics only - Biologics AND small molecule is fine - Antibodies - Gene Therapy - Diagnostics Search company website for "small molecule", check the Pipeline and internet search for the company name and "small molecule" to research. After this and if in doubt, leave the company in the list. If we can find companies which do not have small molecule assets based on a quick internet search then the total fee will not be paid. The information will need to be populated in excel under the following headings: (An example will be provided prior to work start) Company name | Website URL | Company size | No. of employees | Preclinical | Clinical | Mailing Address | Name | Job Title | Email address | Telephone Number Pre clinical / Clinical should be clear from looking at company pipeline. For each company we require 3-5 names on different lines with emails / office location / telephone number for each. Examples are CEO name / head of R&D / Chief Scientific Officer / VP Drug Discovery etc. Biotech companies are quite small so if you can only find two or three people then include them all. Examples will be provided. Accuracy will be verified before payment transfer. I would like to use Google Docs so I can check progress and advise if necessary as the project is running.
