Data currently residing in a web-based platform must be moved out of the platform and stored into specific cloud-hosted folders in Dropbox. The data is in several different formats from downloadable CSV files, to .PDF, .DOC, XLS files, to actual site views to be screenshot. The source of most data is already organized within the platform, and will follow the same or similar organizational structures when moved to Dropbox. Each data type and data source will have explicit instructions as to where it will be stored going forward.
TL;DR - All data hosted on this platform must be downloaded and moved to a Dropbox folder for future access. When this exercise is complete, the platform will no longer be of use and as such, will be terminated.
