200 adwords campaigns duplicate

Hi,\r\ndetails:\r\ncopy 1 campaign which has approximately 20 ad groups, 40 keywords\r\ncopy this 60 times which replacing all with new campaign names which will replace the keywords, ad groups and urls, and headline of ads\r\n\r\nthe second part of this task\r\nuse a template campaign and copy 140 times using different names which are provided\r\n\r\nalso check through the existing campaigns and make small changes eg. delete duplicates/delete spaces\r\n\r\nany high bids will be ignored as this is easy work.\r\n\r\ngive me an estimate of how many hours this will take to complete.
