Convert DWG/PDF to SVG

We are looking for SVG or image formatting experts for consulting help. We get DWG or PDF format files for floor layouts from customers, which we want to convert to SVG with the right properties. Our requirement is to have a software module which we can use to: - Remove unnecessary content from DWG/PDF files and convert them into SVG format - Converted SVG file should be clean, light weight (should be portable on both mobile and web), - Placing attributes to elements (ex; id, class etc) - Good styling with external CSS - It should have proper grouping of elements with a directory structure like hierarchy Example <svg width="100" height="100"> <g id="abc46" style="fill:yellow; stroke:blue; stroke-width:5" > <rect x="9" y="0" width="30" height="80"/> <circle cx="50" cy="50" r="20"/> </g> </svg>
