ADA WCAG 2.1 JavaScript Add-On / PlugIn -- 2

We are looking for a frontend developer to build a Americans with Disabilities Act compliant add-on/plugin for websites that would be compliant to WCAG 2.1 guidelines and can be easily implemented in both PHP 7.0+ and Wordpress (convert to plugin) sites for our clients. Project overview: All prospective bidders will be given NDA to sign before proceeding. The software/code becomes our property once the project is completed and final milestone payment is made. No sloppy coders, clean and maintainable code is a must! Single milestone. Payment will be released ONLY AFTER full functionality is tested. Main points: 1. This JS must work on every modern web page and on browsers like Chrome, Safari, Firefox, IE/Edge, Opera 2. Must be able to be included as external resource (CDN) 3. Must be able to change the interface/view of the webpage included in manners described below, without changing his interface. 4. Interface of the menu will be icon based. Icons and UX will be supplied as PSD and separate vector icons (svg) of FontAwesome codes. They must be included in the JS as text. Button toggling the menu: When page is loaded the menu is hidden. Only visible part is the Button that toggles the menu. Positions for placing this button will be predefined on 4 corners of the page and middle right and middle left corner. Background color must be changeable. Icon must be selectable by 4 differnt predefined icons. Button size must be selectable in 4 different predefined sizes. Button shape must be selectable in 3 different predefined shapes - square, rounded corners square, circle. All those must be accessible as parameters for changing on the webpage JS definition. For example: var _sf_icon_config { position: 1, // meaning top left color: bule, // or #0000FF icon: 1, // first icon option size: 1, // smallest shape: 1 // square } If none of those is not set default settings must apply. Menu and functions: After clicking on toggle/show button menu must show with JS animation depending on the position of the button - if button in positioned in lower left - animation must be left to right and menu must be in lower left. This menu must be also accessible with key combination - CTRL+U. Menu includes 9 buttons and functions described below: 1. Increase fonts - icon “A+” - Increases font size with 20% in 5 steps - 100% (default value), 120%, 140%, 160%, 180%, 200% 2. Big cursos - icon “mouse-pointer” - Changes the default mouse pointer to a custom one. Over the links/buttons the cursor must change accordingly to “hand-pointer” 3. Keyboard Navigation - icon “keyboard” - Toggles keyboard navigation highlighting links, buttons and entry fields. Navigation must be with left and right arrow keys on the keyboard. Enter executes the link. Left - forward, Right arrow - back. Hidden links, menus and entry fields must not me included in this navigation. 4. High Contrast - Icon “monitor” - Toggles 4 different high contrast color schemes - Inverse - Desaturate - Custom color scheme (will be supplied - for example bgcolor: black, font-color: white, link-color: yellow, link-decoration: underlined) - Custom color scheme (will be supplied - for example bgcolor: white, font-color: black, link-color: blue, link-decoration: underlined) 5. Readable fonts - icon “Ff” - Toggles by default fonts and changes all the fonts to Arial 6. Link Highlighting - icon “chain” - Highlights all the links on the page with yellow-orange dashed border, black background and yellow text/link color. 7. Reset - icon “power on” - Removes all the custom styles to default Notice: Indication of the selected mode must be visible while using it. For example if keyboard navigation is “on” the background color the button “keyboard navigation” must be different (grayer) If “High Contrast” is selected on mode 2 then background color of the button must be different (grayer) and mode must be indicated with 2 dots under the icon. 3 dots for third mode, etc.
