Will, there be multiple hospitals registered on to the application or it is for in-house doctor's management of a single hospital? 2. Is the client looking for a web application only or mobile APP as well for doctors and surgeons to update the status of each patient on the fly? 3. The application will be for a patient admitted to a hospital or Out-Patient as well? 4. Will, there be a login panel for the patient as well or it is for inhouse member-only? ✅ Brief Summary: This application will be used by Hospital for an in-house team comprised of Management, Doctors[including surgeons], Nurses, Staff, etc. Patient Id is created when a patient is admitted to a hospital. As a patient is admitted to the hospital, he/ she is assigned a doctor, so the doctor can view the list of a patient who is under him and needs treatment. Doctor after diagnosed the patient takes necessary action and enters all patient details in that patient Id [created by the system]. Creates an operation date if needed. Doctor's will be notified for all his upcoming operations. List of another surgeon, assistant, nurses list will be displayed assisting him in the operation. Nurses can view the medicine that she needs to give to a patient. Maintains all drugs and medicine given to a patient admitted to the hospital. Thanks SM

This is a place holder bid. Just to correct you a bit, the client want to digitise his existing inpatient operations and at the same time comply to law, thus it is not a CRM system. Now I would be happy to discuss more on this over chat as not got clarity on terms of are you an IT services provider or you are part of that hospital.
