I need a screenwriter who specifies in crime drama

My project is about a young man became the biggest weapon distruster in London in 2 years and then Europe 4 years later. I want it to be a 10 episode series, 1 hour long episodes (including commercial breaks) based in London, Modern times and I want it to have so many twists and turns. Once I get back scripts, I will hire that person to be the official screenwriter of the show
