Need a program that processes Fisheye Camera Stream from RTSP H.264 / H.265 format running on a Linux system: Input: 1. RTSP of H.264 / H.265 stream from fisheye camera 2. H.264 / H.265 raw format from filesystem (stored from previous RTSP stream) 3. MP4 format from filesystem (stored from previous RTSP stream) Process: 1. Restore the fisheye view into flattened view 2. Ability to adjust the flattened ratio (so the program can fit into different wide angle lances) Result will be in multiple API format with following functions: 1. Select of the area to be flattened. 2. Adjust the output FPS / Resolution / View size 3. Buffer and store in filesystem in MP4 and/or H.264 raw format.
