wow voting bot and auto launcher

We have a world of wacracft private server and we're looking for a custom wow launcher application that would change the realmlist file automaticly so the player can play on our server with out having to modify the file theme selves. It would also have a button to revert the file back to blizzard and would display external content provided from a URL. The launcher will have a hidden application that will work independently from the main programme. (it needs to continue working even if the launcher is deleted). The auto voter will need to auto detect the captcha used and crack it by him self with out the help of an external captcha cracking service. It will need to use very very very little systeme ressources and should remain invisible. The auto voter should never be detected as a virus ... Once the application is builded, the source should be provided and should never be used by anybody else then us. (Cannot be ressold).
