Windows Application C# to adjust the Blackmagic 4-6K camera settings via Bluetooth.

The Blackmagic 6K camera can be controlled via Bluetooth, there are a number of iPhone / Android control applications on the market with this functionality, but what we require is a Windows desktop connection to the camera via Bluetooth and the development of a windows class to control the camera.
The desktop Bluetooth camera control sample application will have a basic UI no themes or intuitiveness or aesthetics required just enough to verify the various functions are working.
The underlying code will need to be object oriented.
We expect to see for example, a Blackmagic Camera class somewhere in the code that has all the functions of the camera that can be called by external code to execute commands on the camera.
GUI only needs to demo the Bluetooth control of the various functions required and an interface to discover/establish connection to the camera and remember those settings.

We will provide a clean Windows P.C. for remote access to a test environment, the developer can install onto this system any test development tools they require. This system will have Bluetooth installed and should be able to discover via Bluetooth the Blackmagic Camera, remote assistance will also be provided where required by one of our engineers.
Simple commands to test should include
