Dear Sir or Madam: I wish to be considered for your project of "adding products to eBay, Amazon and Zen-Cart". I have actually done a project similiar to this for another client on eBay. I was responsible for responding to all his incoming customer e-mail and feedback, along with drafting new trouble shooting e- mails to respond to customer problems or questions. During this same time I ran my own eBay store for family members. So I'm very familiar with eBay and have just started an account on Amazon; although I haven't as yet added product to it. As far as Zen-Cart, I am not familiar with that site; but, I pick up new software and techniques quickly so I don't think that would be a problem. I have a great list of clients that have been with me for a long time due to the service I provide. I feel that the experience that I've gained over the years in doing face-to-face customer service and outsourcing jobs: writing, proofreading, editing, e-mail customer service(with use of remote access) data entry, transcription work and more will be an extreme asset to the successful completion of your project. I believe in a job well done as I know you do. My project proposal bid is based on the addition of 50 products to your 3 sites, as I'm unsure how many hours this project will take I cannot give a completely accurate bid, at $10 an hour. It may take as little as 5 hours or as much as 10 hours; but definitely not more than that. I only bill for actual hours worked and my long standing with client return rate will attest to this.
