We are currently trying to build a repository of useful resources and links pages on our site using PHPBB forum. This can be viewed here: <[login to view URL]>
For example, in category "Java Programmer Certification", you will see 4 fourms: "Books", "personal Notes", "Mock Exams" and "Questions" . The books forum contains list of relevant books, the Notes forum contains links of notes, and so on.
What we need is as follows:
1. Add links to various resources in appropriate places. For example, this page( <[login to view URL]> ) contains links amazon for some books on SCJP 1.6 certification. You need to add links to more books on this certification in the same format.
Similarly, You would have to create a new Topic in the <[login to view URL]> to add books on SCWCD/JSP/Certification.
And so on for other certifications.
The links of the images of the books point to [login to view URL] and they contain our associate id ( jdiscuss-20 ). So when you create the link to another book, all you need to do is copy paste the [url] tag from existing image and change the ASIN number and image name.
2. Add links to various Mock Exams, Notes, and other such material from the internet into appropriate forum by creating a topic for each such link. For example, this topic ( <[login to view URL]> ) contains a list of free mock exams for SCJP 1.4. You need to add links to this list.
Similarly, create a new topic for Free Mock Exam for SCJP 1.5, and 1.6.
3. You will be given a user id to log on to the site, which will allow you to modify/add content.
4. We will give you list of sites/pages from where you will get the links. You just need to copy the same links on our forums.
## Deliverables
AMOUNT OF WORK
There will be about 50 links to books. We will provide some external pages that you can see to find out the book. You will also need to go to Amazon and search for appropriate books by entering keywords. For example, to build links for SCWCD 5.0, you can search for SCWCD 5.0 on amazon and see the available books for that version.
There will be about 200 links for Mock Exams, Notes, and Questions. You will need to go to the link and categorize it appropriately. For example, <[login to view URL]> has a mock exam for scwcd but it doesn't mention any version. So it can be put in a different topic named "Mock Exams for unknown version" instead of the topic for "Mock Exams for SCWCD 1.5".
Overall, it should take about 5-6 hours to complete.
