Copy and paste from .doc document to Google Spreadsheet

I need someone who can open a document in .doc, and copy and paste the content first to notepad, and then copy + paste into a Google spreadsheet in 4 different columns in the spreadsheet. It is important that you are very thorough so everything gets copied and pasted the correct way. I would require the person to start straight away, and there will be new documents daily the next 5 weeks - about 20-40 every day and app 1000 documents all in all. You must be able to keep up with the daily flow of documents.
