For our online application I need to develop a Terms and Conditions for the users (Students). It is an online English writing coach service that prepare students for IELTS exam. website : [login to view URL] Students submit their writings and teachers correct and mark them against the IELTS marking criteria. The application is developed to prepare students for IELTS exam. IELTS exam is an international English Language Testing System. For more information please see the following link [login to view URL] The points I want to mention in the students terms and condition are as follows: There is no guarantee that they get the same marks their actual exam We do not claim that we have access to IELTS private marking criteria There is no guarantee that we keep your data for ever. For any reason your data might be erased and never restored for example technical difficulties. There is no guarantee that the essays are being corrected and marked in less than 3 days. There could be circumstances that we cannot provide your feedback in three days. We do not provide refund after you receive feedback or after submit your essay But if you haven't submit an essay you can get full refund - 20% service fees The refund process may take two weeks and more I am not sure what other items I should cover. This is how expressIELTS works: 1- User select a package (e.x. a package of 10 credits - means user can submit 10 essays ) 2- create username and password 3- and accept the terms and conditions 4- pay though paypal 5- then the user can login and submit his writings and receive feedback 6- He can submit essays for the number of credits (essays) he paid for 7- teachers correct and mark the essays 8- students receive feedbacks Thanks
