I need home based online ESL teachers

Requirements: - Native speakers from UK, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Ireland and South Africa. - Bachelor's degree or higher education. TEFL, TESOL or CELTA certified. - Ability to provide more than 20 hours per week between 6:00-0:00 (Beijing Time); working during peak hours of 18:00-22:00 (Beijing Time) is preferred. - At least one year ESL teaching experience. - A willingness to participate in organized online training sessions and seminars. - A desktop computer/laptop - Wired DSL Internet connection with a reliable, minimum 1 Mbps upload connection - Stereo headset with microphone and an HD webcam - A quiet, well-lit, orderly and clean teaching environment/room.
