I would like to hire a Coder

A simple web based page with 3 sections. In the first section, there will be couple of rows with some kind of information and the user will be asked to select 'yes' or 'np' against each row. Section section will also have couple of rows with some kind of info. The output for each row will be calculated and response will be 'yes' or 'no' . The calculation will be a simple 'if else' loop with respect to user input in section one. example. Section 1. A1. The car has air bags . [yes/no] A2. The car has seat belts. [yes/no] A3. The car is 20 years old. [yes/no] A4. The car is between 20 & 10 years old [yes/no] Section 2. B1. Run the air bag test = [Calculation1(C1) : yes/no] B2. Run the seat belt test = [Calculation2(C2) : yes/no] B3. Run the drive test = [Calculation3(C3) : yes/no] Calculation C1 = if A1&A4 then C1 is yes Calculation C2 = if A2&B2 AND A3 is YES Then B2=no and so on ...... There should be ability to add as many rows in each section. In a nut shell, based on section1 and section2 we calculate conditions
