Coding for an arduino nano based monitoring system with HC05/HC06 Bluetooth communication

We have developed a design concept for an arduino nano based monitoring system with two modules communicating over blutetooth using HC05 & HC06 modules, as given in the attached diagrams and drawings. One Arduino Unit is mobile and required to monitor an open/close switch and log/count its change of status. the second arduino unit is fixed as a base station, required to instruct and read the data from the first arduino unit and post the data to a PC unit. Both units will communicate via blutooth using HC05 & HC06 modules. Each module will have a unique Tag ID to identify it. We can use the Bluetooth identifier as the ID. the data exchanged shall include the Module Tag ID and the open/close status of the sensor, time stamp and time counter from activation to deactivation. Base station shall be master and the mobile unit as slave. Base station shall initialize and activate the mobile Unit before it start its log and monitoring routine and then after a lapse of time the base station would be able to read the data from the mobile unit and then deactivate it. We want to develop the arduino code for both units in order to operate as per concept and design need.
