I was requested to price an IT infrastructure setup which includes Compute, Storage, Security items, Connectivity, and other ITSM to be priced and offered to a customer as a Service on annual basis.

I need someone with same experience to help me understand how to build such a model and price Capex cost to be provided as an Opex subscription model (just like cloud).
