A hand drawn black and white 1940’s style satirical political cartoon

I require a caricature cartoon for private use, not for publication or dissemination by any electronic or social media sites. One single print is to be made. There are Photos to use as a guide to draw the main elements and the four players in the caricatures of: Reggie - a disreputable and dishevelled ‘High Priest’ type character, “Four years racing without air filters and it still reads zero leakdown!” Morrie - a skinny goblin, Reggie’s sidekick, Caine - an chubby dwarf, Reggies servant “Your whim is my command” Drew - Caine’s performing grizzly bear. “Bark! Bark!” There is a 2019 calendar page marked with the dates Saturday 9 & Sunday10 November 2019. 2. Reggie is a dope smoking, XXXX brand beer drinking drunk, a skinny man in his 70’s with a beer belly and a long thin plait of hair at the back of his head. He has roman numerals tattooed on his neck MCMLXXXI. He’s often seen to have his hand grabbing his crotch, a reefer (marijuana) hanging out of his mouth and beer in his hand. Reggie is wearing jeans with a long thin belt under his pot-belly and a dirty worn out T-shirt with the print TEAM ZERO LEAKDOWN #86. He has rubber thongs (flip flops) on his bony feet. Reggie, drunk and stoned, looks out to the distance across the top of Caine the dwarf kneeling before him. Reggie proclaims, “Four years racing without air filters and it still reads zero leakdown!” Nearby is his motto poster: THE LIE. Make it big, make it simple, keep saying it, they’ll believe it. 3. Morrie - a wicked skinny little goblin hiding behind Reggie’s legs ready to run out to do his master’s bidding. He has a horse whip in one hand. Wearing sunglasses is ok ( see photo) 4. Caine is a chubby Roman-nosed dwarf who is genuflecting to Reggie offering Reggie the weathered banner flag of Laverda Owners logo draped over his two hands held above his head. Caine’s head is turned away (so we can see his face) as if he cannot look into the face of Reggie. Caine is dressed in a WW2 Italian military uniform , (no cap) and has the emblem of the Italian Militia on the sleeve at the shoulder. While holding the banner above his head he also holds a dog-leash or chain to his pet grizzly bear. On Caine’s forearm is the tattoo of a Love Heart and the word ‘Quisling’. Caine proclaims, “Your whim is my command” 5. Drew, is depicted as a naked, overweight, Yoga performing Grizzly Bear, with a bell on his neck collar. He has ‘ V8 ’ branded on his rump. He is obediently balancing himself on a stool he has just been commanded to jump up onto it, interrupting his consumption of spaghetti. He is surrounded by an upturned bowl of spaghetti, pizza, half-eaten sandwiches, cream cake, meat-pies, junk food and a hoola hoop. Amongst this mess is a Vernier Caliper, Dial indicator, Adjustable wrench and an Engineers Hammer. Drew looks blank and barks, “Bark Bark” as he waits for the next command, he has spaghetti and drool hanging from his mouth. Nearby to Drew is his motto ‘ Why finish a job when you can start a new one’ 6. There is a motorcycle engine in the background of Reggie, Attached to it is a Leakdown Test Gauge showing a low reading in the red area (see photo) and a tag attached ‘ #86 ‘. 7. Another dismantled engine is next to #86 and has a tag with ‘ #63 ‘ Scattered around on the ground, blown by the wind perhaps, are some documents that have been dropped by Caine in his rush to supplicate himself to Reggie. These documents are: - De-Registration Papers for Laverda Club - Laverda Club Membership List - Club Laverda Bank Statements. (note ‘Club Laverda’ for bank statements as apposed to ‘Laverda Club’ for the other papers).
