Computer Cartoon Drawings

Hello, I am looking for a freelance graphic artist who is able to continue a project that a previous wonderful designer has left because he changed job. We are looking for: - A skilled computer graphics animator - Ability to draw cute cartoon characters based on pictures of people I give - Must be talented enough to use similar style to cartoons we already have drawn - Must be willing to do multiple revisions as our previous desginer - Excellent communications Please give a quote on: Price per character. We will require it in the following format: 1000x1000 pixels Transparent background Similar style to other drawings (please see image attached) 2 poses : ie character waving / character dancing. -------------------------------- There maybe a regular supply of these per month.
